In celebration of Immigrant Heritage Month and World Refugee Day, Richmond's Office of Immigrant and Refugee Engagement, Henrico County’s Outreach & Engagement Agency and ReEstablish Richmond are partnering to host this year's Multicultural Festival: Imagine 2026.

A fantastic time!
We will have food vendors, cultural displays, artisan vendors, and cultural performances from all over the world.
Children can enjoy activities in a children’s activity area.
Resource vendors from over 70 local organizations will be sharing resources.
The Virginia Museum of History and Culture will have their mobile display of “We the People” and unveil a new art piece.
The performances kick off at 1:45 and the headline band will close out the night starting at 7:00 p.m.

Yes! All participants will need a wristband to enter the festival, but entry is free.

The Festival will be at a NEW location this year, the Richmond Raceway (600 E Laburnum Avenue), in the huge, air-conditioned space of Expo Hall 1. Free parking is available on-site directly across from Expo Hall 1. The Festival is also accessible via public transit on the 91 bus line.

Outside food and beverages other than water bottles will not be allowed inside the festival. Food and drink will be available for purchase from a variety of cultural food vendors and food trucks.

Yes! Children are welcome to come and enjoy the Festival and the activities children's area. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Note that this is an alcohol free event.
